School Contacts and Tech Support During Closure

Thank you all for your continued support as we work together through these very challenging times with regard to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). If you need support or assistance, below is a list of staff resources.

 

 

IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS:

Staff are working and accessible during the closure. We will be checking the school's main line telephone messages through the day and returning calls. Email is currently the fastest way to reach individual people. Please use the guide below to direct your questions.

 

 

 

TECHNICAL RESOURCES:

Golden Oak Montessori uses Charter Tech Services for technical and computer support. If you need a password reset, or you are having issues with your device, feel free to request for help using the email address or phone number below. (Or you can contact your teacher directly, and they will work with the Help Desk to sort the problem out.)

For families that do not have a computer at home for a student to access online educational resources, we are checking out school Chromebook computers to those who need them. Please email info@goldenoakmontessori.org if you need this resource.  In addition Comcast is offering a temporary free Internet service for qualifying families during this time.
